Depart from New York or Washington, DC for your flight to Johannesburg, South Africa on South African Airways.

Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport you will go through immigration and clear customs, re-check your bags and then proceed to the Domestic Terminal for your onward flight to Cape Town. Then upon arrival at Cape Town Airport, you will be met by a SAA Vacations representative and transferred to your hotel.

Today you will be taken on a half day Winelands tour. While South Africa's fertile valleys are world famous for their crisp white and classic French-style red wines, the Winelands area is also a treasury of rustic beauty and sprawling estates shaded by giant oak trees. The backdrop of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, the white gabled Cape Dutch homesteads and the oak-lined streets and lanes all blend in to give this place a charm that will not be quickly forgotten. See some of the wine estates that were developed by early settlers who produced the wines sought after by Napoleon, Bismark and royalty such as Edward VII. Today you will be transferred from your Hotel to Cape Town Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg.

On arrival at Johannesburg Airport connect with your scheduled flight to Hoedspruit. Upon arrival at Hoedspruit you will be met and transferred to your lodge.
